TV shows - show an episode of old favorites: Alex Mac, Full House, Wishbone
these are just ideas - please feel free to comment on them, offer new ideas and elaborate further on these ideas. Thanks!
We will have Movie Nights every Wednesday evening (except July 4th)
We will have 5 book discussions
We will have 2 Friday evening programs.
Jeopardy and a Dance Party (learn different dances from the decades: macarena, cha
cha, etc.
If Dori is willing we will also offer the Teen Writer's Workshop again for 6 weeks.
**Some other suggestions that were talked about were to do 90's collections in the display case all summer - a different one each week. Beanie Babies, trolls, gigapets, etc.
Also along the wall by the YA books we'll try to do a different display for each decade.
On the Summer Reading booklet have a listof songs from each decade to listen to on I-Tunes.
